Program Notes:
Joy. An essential emotion in life. Something we should all feel when making music. Something I hope you all have experienced many times over your years. But life can be hard and the world can often seem decidedly unjoyful. Sometimes we have to go out of our way to create joy, to find the things, big and small, that give us that feeling, and then its our responsibility to try to share that with those around us, to bring that joy into the lives of those around us. I hope this music lets you experience joy.
